Features
Mainly used for cellulose fiber reactive dyes after dyeing solid color, also can be used as a direct dye dyeing fixing agent. Method of use
Dyeing is completed, the soap wash after fabrics with reactive fixing agent at a pH value of 5. 5 to 6.5, a temperature of 40℃ ~ 60℃15 ~ 30min, note that in the warmed before adding the fixative after the operation gradually warming up, fixing agent the specific amount depends on the fabric color shades, the following is suggested usage:
Dipping method: padding:
Light color: 0.7 to 1.0% (o. w. f) padding 10. 0 to 30.0 g/L→drying
In the dark: the 1.0 to 2.0% (o. w. f)
Super dark: the 2.0 to 3.0% (o. w. f)
Temperature×time: 40℃～60℃×20 ~ 30min

NaOH 30%: the 2.0 to 4.0 g/l
