Uses
High efficient scouring agent YY-L is a kind of environmental protection pretreatment assistant compounded by many chemical products. It is mainly used for semi-bleaching/bleaching finishing of cotton yarn, cotton cloth and general cotton fabric before dyeing. Instructions for use
For thick cotton fabrics, bath ratio 1:10, can add 2.0%(o.w.f) high-efficiency scouring agent YY-L, at 90-100℃ temperature range for 45-60 minutes;
For ordinary fabrics, the bath ratio is 1:10, and 1.5%(o.w.f) of high-efficiency scouring agent YY-L can be added, and the treatment is carried out at a temperature range of 90-100 DEG C for 45-60 minutes;
hot was (60. degree. C.) once and normal temperature washing once, clean twice in total, then adjusting PH value to normal state for deoxygenation and dyeing process;
For cheese yarn, bath ratio 1:8, can add 1.5-2.0%(o.w.f) efficient scouring agent YY-L, at 90-100℃ temperature range cycle processing for 60 minutes,(with penetrating agent better effect).
