Acidic reductive cleaning agent YY-RCA-2 was applied to the reductive cleaning of suede dyed with disperse dyes. The dyeing bath can be directly cooled to 80 - 90 DEG C without changing fresh bath liquid, and is suitable for all dyeing equipment. The color fastness can fully meet the requirements, and the product saves time, water, energy and chemicals compared with alkaline reduction cleaning. Generally, the product saves 2 - 3 times of washing and 30 - 50 minutes compared with the conventional sodium hydrosulfite/alkali process, and the dosage is only 1/3 - 1/2 of the sodium hydrosulfite. The existing output can be improved without additional machine investment. The product saves energy, it has obvious advantage in water use and sewage treatment. The product is stable to air, non-dangerous goods, does not release harmful substances such as formaldehyde after decomposition, environmental protection, easy biodegradation.
Dosage and process
The pH value of the reduction cleaning bath should be controlled at about 4.0, and the recommended process is as follows:
Medium light color: 0.5-1.0g/L
Dark: 1.0-2.0g/L
Temperature × time: 80~90℃×15~30min, and then washed clean
