Performance and characteristics
At high temperature, it has good complexing ability and outstanding dispersing ability to metal ions, and has good chelating and dispersing effect under different conditions;
Resistant to electrolytes, oxidants, reductants, caustic soda (up to 300g/L);
It has very outstanding protective colloid function, can effectively disperse the residue in the pretreatment bath, prevent re-contamination, improve the pretreatment effect and improve the refining effect;
When used in dyeing, it can prevent the condensation of dyes, reduce color flowers and color difference, and improve the utilization rate of dyes;
environment-friendly, does not contain organic phosphorus and has very good biodegradability.
Use method
Used in softening water, scouring under alkaline conditions, bleaching treatment (sodium hypochlorite, hydrogen peroxide, sodium chlorite) reduction bleaching, washing, mercerizing and other processes. The amount depends on the application method and the impurities in the fabric and water.
Softened water quality: continuous: 1.0~2.0g/L intermittent: 0.5~1.0g/L
Scouring under alkaline conditions: continuous: 2.0~4.0g/L intermittent: 1.0~1.5g/L
Bleaching treatment: continuous: 2.0 - 4.0g/L intermittent: 1.0~1.5g/L
Reduction bleaching: continuous: 2.0~4.0g/L intermittent: 1.0~1.5g/L
Water washing: continuous: 1.0~2.0g/L intermittent: 0.5~1.0g/L
