Alkyl polyglycosides are alkyl polyglycosides synthesized from glucose and fatty alcohols. APG refers to glycosides with sugar units greater than or equal to 2 in complex glycoside compounds, collectively referred to as alkyl polyglycosides (or alkyl polyglycosides). In general, the degree of polymerization of alkyl polyglycosides n is in the range of 1.1~3, and R is the alkyl of C8~C16. APG is a white solid powder or light yellow oily liquid at room temperature, which has a large solubility in water and is difficult to dissolve in common organic solvents.
